Absolutely! Year after year, cruise lines are making efforts to ensure that their ships and services are as accessible as possible. Many of the newer ships have an increased number of accessible cabins and much of the public areas are being designed with scooter and wheelchair-access.

For hotels, the equipment is delivered directly in the front desk or concierge, on cruises you can find in the passenger cabin or stateroom

Of course.. you don''t have to worry, we take care of transferring from one place to another

* Should I reserve my Equipment in advance?

Nicevacation4u accepts reservations up to a year in advance. Once your plans are firm then make your equipment reservation.

* How much time in advance do I make the reservation?

While we do our best to accommodate our customers. Our recommendation that bookings are made well in advance of the intended stay. For cruise travel and domestic hotels, we recommend advance of 7 working days for international cruises, we recommend advance 15 working days, that way also secures your reservation for possible depletion of inventory

* How do I know if my booking is complete?

Once you have completed your booking and your information has been submitted, the system will automatically send a confirmation of your reservation by email that you have provided. Are advised to verify all information carefully before submitting it to avoid any delay in the confirmation. If you do not automatically receive a confirmation, please contact us.

To ensure comfort and safety, a scooter first must possess adequate capacity for a persons height and weight.

* What is the difference between a 3 wheel and 4 wheel scooter?

The biggest difference between the two types is that 3 wheelers have a better turning radius as compared to 4 wheelers.

* How long does it take to fully charge the batteries?

Battery charging takes an average of 6 to 8 hours. In addition, all models include chargers with automatic shut off. This feature allows the user to plug in the charger at night and have fully charged batteries by morning.
