Great customer service! Needed a heavy-duty mobility chair for an event and was having a hard time finding one! Went through another company, I might say with hesitation because there was no way to call them had to leave info to be contacted, needless to say they responded and they linked us with Nicevation4u for our area...my daughter linked up with them and they had the heavy duty mobility scooter we really wanted, it was delivered to our door ASAP fully charged & they also picked it back up when we were done! Will definitely be using them again!
